So in this little bit, that I am
about to share with you guys, I’ll be giving you guys some really important
tips to achieve that long awaited business success, yep success!!
Yep, I am serious 😉, real
business success, if you want that, if you want to achieve what you always
dreamed about then you shouldn’t skip, skim this post rather let every word
sink in, totally absorbed by your brain because what I am going to share with
you here is coming from practical experience and as said by Arshad Amin (which
is me! 😜) “Experience worth a thousand theories” so instead of learning these
things from books (at least a dozen!) how about you just give this article all
of your attention and your time!

Money that can help!
Obviously you need to have money to
make money, that means if you want to expand your business you would need
money, if you want to develop a new product or want to offer a new service,
again you will need money, if you want to hire good, quality staff to make or
offer something that will give you that much needed competitive edge or earn
you that much sought after market share again you will need money.
If you want to stand out in the
crowd you will again need money!
In fact, being an entrepreneur you are required to have healthy cash in hand at all times!

Perseverance!
Yep that’s the second most
important thing that you will need to achieve success, there will be really
hopeless days, hard times but that’s exactly what makes or breaks a business,
that’s where when your business either succeeds or fails!
You need to endure through hard
times to see the light at the end of the tunnel and believe me, at times that
tunnels seems like never ending!
So don’t expect overnight success,
let me quote Warren Buffet "No matter how great the talent or efforts,
some things just take time. You can't produce a baby in one month by getting
nine women pregnant".

Most entrepreneurs, in fact most
people have this what you may call superiority complex where they have this delusion
(or madness) that that they know the situation and the fix to that situation
and applying that fix over and over again will solve that situation but what
happens is, the situation gets worse!
In other words doing the same thing over and over and expecting different result, that is absolutely the wrong way to do things,
so how about trying different things, taking different steps even if you fail
for the time being in handling that situation, just like Thomas Edison once said “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

Well you need to achieve that
balance where what you are offering is the most desired product by the customer
for the most reasonable price (according to the same customer!).
In other words your customers
should be happy both of your price and quality of your offering.
This might sound easy but it is a
lot harder to achieve in doing, quite a lot, in fact from my own experience it
plays a key role in a business success or failure!
Keeping The Middlemen Happy!
Yep, money may not buy happiness
for ordinary people but it surely does buy some real happiness for your
middlemen like your distributors, wholesalers, retailers etc, so you when you
are sitting price for your offering make sure you not only keep your
target consumer happy but also your middlemen.
Making Big Decisions Based on Insufficient Data, Experience!
Just because a particular market
segment of your overall target market responded favorably to price hike, to new
product or just because a small market survey suggests that there is a specific
opportunity that you can capitalize on to increase your return on investment,
boost sales etc doesn’t really mean the whole of your target market will
respond likewise.
Making decisions on small sample
sizes, insufficient data, based on confirmation biases will lead to wrong
conclusions, actions that will hit your business financial health really hard.
Likewise use real solid experience
to make decisions, that means discussions, meetings, brainstorming, that way
you will more likely make healthy, sound decisions for your business.
Follow-up, Follow-up, FOLLOW--UP!!!
Okay you have great product
service, super brand blah blah, all of that become useless if you don’t
follow-up your target buyers constantly, it is quite likely that those huge
target clients of your business won’t give you any consideration at first but
that doesn’t mean they will never give you any consideration ever, so you need
to constantly try.
Follow-up is the only cost
effective way to get your business expands in almost no time, like in two to
four months. I am talking about some serious growth that will make you happy!
Keep in mind, follow-up doesn’t
mean annoying your target constantly, day and night.
Be Creative & Constant in Your Business Advertising!
Even if you believe everything
should be done by the book, according the rules inside of the box, you should
still think outside of the box, beyond the book in advertising.
Always try to make your advertising
stand out in the crowd, different from the whole clutter, because that’s the
only way your target buyers will take notice of your brand and once you get
inside their heads it won’t take long for them to buy your offering.

Second thing you should focus on
is, doing advertising constantly, doesn’t mean you should be doing it every
week, every day or every hour (like big brands, simply because you can’t afford
it!) rather it means to do it constantly through a long duration, like once in
a month for a decade, in fact your advertising should only stop when you don’t
want to run your business anymore!

their videos, visit their personal blogs or sites like the one you are doing
right now! 😎
There are number of ways you can
connect with these guys, now all this doesn’t mean you should email the types
of Warren Buffet, you can even learn a lot from those who are somewhat better
than you, like a little better and once you achieve their level you should then
start learning from those who again at that level are little better than you!
Minimizing Conflicts, Costs
Conflicts are part of life and the
same is true for your business too, you will be having different problems,
issues with your team, your team will be having issues within them, then comes
problems within different business departments, you need to fix these things as
much as you can in a smart efficient manner.
Also due to conflicts (and other
reasons) you may have different resources going to waste, thus increasing
overall costs consequently lower returns, you will need to keep an open eye on
these things too.
Minimal conflicts,
minimal costs, high quality with reasonable price leveraged by creative advertising
means happy customers, happy middlemen, healthy returns and so your business
grows, expands even further!
